Delete Your Data
Last updated: August 28, 2026
JotPop (developed by JotPop LLC) is built to store almost nothing about you server-side in the first place — but here's exactly what exists, what you can delete yourself right now, and how to request deletion of the rest.
Delete on your device — no request needed
- Delete individual stickers. In the app, open the Gallery tab, long-press any sticker, and choose Remove — it's gone from your device immediately.
- Delete everything at once. Uninstall JotPop from your phone. This removes your entire saved sticker gallery and every setting stored locally, permanently.
Request deletion of server-side data
Some information exists on our servers because it's needed to operate your subscription, prevent abuse, or fix bugs. To request deletion of this data, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Since JotPop has no accounts or sign-in, include the approximate date you used the app and, if you made a purchase, your Google Play order number — this helps us locate the right records, since there's no username or email tying them together otherwise.
We will confirm and complete deletion requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted, and what's kept
| Data | On deletion request |
|---|---|
| Device identifiers, subscription/purchase status, generation allowance | Deleted from our database |
| A sticker you reported for review, and its prompt | Deleted, unless still under active review |
| Analytics events already sent to PostHog | Deletion requested from PostHog on your behalf; removal timing follows their retention process |
| Crash reports already sent to Firebase Crashlytics | Deletion requested from Firebase on your behalf; removal timing follows Google's retention process |
| Financial records required for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes | Retained as required by law, even after a deletion request |
